With over three decades of professional experience spanning diverse industries, Tayo Akinlade is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in administration, human resources, and business management.
Tayo began his career with the Nigeria Railway Corporation (1983–1986), where he gained foundational expertise in organizational operations. He further honed his skills at Ideal Flour Mills Limited Kaduna. (1993–2006), progressing from a Laboratory Analyst to Senior Administrative Officer, demonstrating his adaptability and commitment to excellence.
His passion for education and leadership led him to Joy International College Kaduna, where he served as a Tutor and Senior Administrative Officer, shaping young minds while ensuring smooth administrative operations(2013-2018).
Tayo then brought his expertise to IFAAS Auditing Consulting Limited (2019–2021) as an Administrative Manager, optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Currently, Tayo is the Managing Director of Apex Soya Oil, the producer of the premium Adaka Soya Oil brand. Under his leadership, the company has gained recognition for its quality products and innovative business strategies.
Tayo’s academic credentials are equally impressive, with an ND and HND in Human Resources Management from Kaduna Polytechnic (2005-2010), Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Osun State University in 2015, and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Lagos 1992.

He has also contributed to high-profile audits, including work for the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). With certifications in financial accounting, business intelligence and data analytics, Felix brings a blend of technical proficiency and strategic insight to every role.
